Camera & detection

The camera won't activate expand_more
Check that the site has camera permission in your browser. HTTPS is required. On iOS Safari, check Settings > Safari > Camera.
It doesn't detect my movements expand_more
Stand ~2 meters from the camera. Ensure good frontal lighting. Wear clothing that contrasts with the background. Your full body must be visible.
The count isn't accurate expand_more
Check the initial calibration (the system validates distance and visibility). Keep a steady pace. Avoid sudden movements unrelated to the exercise.
The app is slow or freezing expand_more
AI processing requires a device with WebAssembly support and a decent GPU. Close other heavy tabs/apps. Chrome/Edge offer better performance than Firefox for WebGL.

I can't sign in expand_more
If you used Google OAuth, use the "Continue with Google" button. If you forgot your password, contact support for a manual reset.
I want to change my email expand_more
Currently, you cannot change the account email. Contact support.
My guest data didn't appear after registering expand_more
Guest sessions are automatically migrated if registration is done from the same browser/device (uses the guestId from localStorage). If you changed devices, contact support with the approximate period of your sessions.

Subscription & payments

How do I cancel my subscription? expand_more
From the Lemon Squeezy management portal (link in your confirmation email) or by contacting support@aifitcounter.com.
I was charged after canceling expand_more
Cancellation maintains access until the end of the period. If there's an undue charge, contact support with the transaction ID.
How do I request a refund? expand_more
Write to support@aifitcounter.com with the reason and transaction details. Evaluated case by case per Lemon Squeezy's policy.

Features

Does it work offline? expand_more
Yes. Once the app is loaded, counting works without internet. Sessions are saved locally and synced when connection returns.
What exercises are available? expand_more
Currently: Push-ups and Squats. More exercises will be added in future updates.
What browsers are supported? expand_more
Chrome 90+, Edge 90+, Safari 15.4+, Firefox 100+ (requires WebAssembly and getUserMedia). Recommended: Chrome or Edge for best performance.
Does it work on mobile? expand_more
Yes. The app is an installable PWA. Works with front or rear camera. Recommended to use a phone stand at ~2m distance.

Minimum technical requirements

  • • Browser: Chrome 90+, Edge 90+, Safari 15.4+, Firefox 100+
  • • Required APIs: WebAssembly, getUserMedia (camera), Web Workers
  • • Connection: Only needed for login, data sync, and payments. Counting works offline.
  • • Device: Any device with a camera and WASM-capable processor. Mid-range smartphones (2020+) work well.
  • • Recommended distance: ~2 meters between the device and the user.
  • • Lighting: Frontal or lateral, avoid backlight.

To report a technical error, send to support@aifitcounter.com with:

  1. Steps to reproduce the problem
  2. Expected behavior vs. actual behavior
  3. Device, operating system, and browser version
  4. If possible, open DevTools (F12) → Console and copy the red errors

Personal data requests (Habeas Data / GDPR)

  • ✓ Access: You can view all your data from the app dashboard.
  • ✓ Deletion: Send a request to support@aifitcounter.com with the subject "Account deletion". It will be processed within 15 business days.
  • ✓ Export: Available for Premium users from the dashboard. Free users can request it via email.
  • ✓ Rectification: Profile data can be updated directly in the app (displayName, birthDate, country, gender, weight).
